Chelsea Bathroom

This small NYC bathroom needed everything. We went down to the studs but the owner wanted it to feel original yet modern. We opted for modernized versions of classic pre-war details. Basket weave marble floor and the exposed shower with a large rain head kept the prewar intact. Beveled subway gave it an updated feel and the dark wood open space vanity provided more storage. The apothecary medicine cabinet was the final nod to pre-war style.
